2. Delivery Time

  • The estimated delivery time varies depending on the carrier and destination.
  • The average delivery time ranges from 3 to 12 business days after shipment.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking code via email.

3. How to Track Your Order

You will receive an email with all the tracking information as soon as your order is shipped. This email will include the carrier’s name, a tracking code, and a direct link to follow your delivery in real time.

To track your order:

  1. Open the shipping confirmation email.

  2. Click on the tracking link or copy the tracking code.

  3. Visit the carrier's official website and paste the code to see the latest updates on your delivery.

4. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

  • The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.
  • If the order is returned due to an incorrect address, a new shipping fee will be required for reshipment.
